Eka Baghishvili
Associate Professor in Private Law
Ms. Eka Bagishvili holds a PhD in Law. Ms. Bagishvili has been practising law in 2002-2013. At present the she is engaged in academic activities at various higher education institutions. Ms. Bagishvili has been awarded Luarsab Andronikashvili grant for teaching International Private Law (2006) and Max Plank grant to carry out research activities at Max Plank Institute (Hamburg, Germany) as well as DAAD scholarship for a research visit in Germany for University teachers (2014). Since 2009 Ms. Bagishvili is an authorization and accreditation expert at Educational Quality Enhancement Centre LEPL.
Eka Zarnadze
Associate Professor in Private Law
Ph.D in Law. Ms. Zarnadze is a judge of the Civil Chamber at Tbilisi City Court. In 2000-2001 worked as a legal expert for the Eurasia Foundation Program: “Development of Legal and Information Institutional Framework for the Formation of Common Regional Real Estate Market for the Countries of South Caucasia”. Is a lecturer since 1996. Held academic offices as various higher education institutions at various times.
Alexandre Ioseliani
Associate Professor in Private Law
Mr. Ioseliani obtained Ph.D. in Law from the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Georgia). Was the Chairman of Rustavi City Court (2001-2002), a judge of Rustavi City Court (2002-2003), a judge of Tbilisi Appeals Court Administrative Chamber (2004-2009). Is a judge of Tbilisi Appeals Court (Civil Chamber) since 2009. Worked as a lawyer at various private companies (1996-2001). Is a lecturer since 2005.
Irma Gelashvili
Associate Professor in Private Law
Ms. Gelashvili graduated from the Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University, the Faculty of Law in 2002; Defended PhD Thesis at the same University in 2012 – Civil Law Status of an Embryo; Has been carrying out academic and pedagogical activities at various higher education institutions since 2003: the Tbilisi State University, the Georgian University, the Caucasus University; Has practical experience of working as a lawyer for various organization.
