George Barkalaia has more than thirteen years’ experience of working in marketing, consulting and education industries providing consultancy and executive management services for local and international companies; Has solid experience in marketing, PR and advertising, sales and their promotion, and general senior level management at Georgian private sector companies. Working experience includes serving as Marketing Director and Chief Marketing and PR Officer at companies like: Wissol Petroleum Georgia, Arti Group, Bank of Georgia Group (including Bank of Georgia, BG Bank (Ukraine), Belarusky Narodny Bank (Belarus), and Aldagi BCI Insurance company), Georgian Lottery Company LLC, and VTB Bank-Georgia; Consulting activities and projects includes Brand and Brand Strategy Development for Socar Energy Georgia, Marketing strategy planning and Marketing and PR management for the above companies, creating best TV advertisements in Georgia and best TV placements, rebranding incooperation with Allen International, London Based Design company for Bank of Georgia, sales planning and analysis for different companies in wide range of industries, creating media planning and PR campaign development and implementation, developing sales strategy and new channels for sales. Has more than ten years’ experience in teaching and training.

Ia Natsvlishvili holds a degree of a Candidate of Economic Sciences - equivalent to PhD.

 

In 1989 she graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of the Tbilisi State University majoring in Philosophy, Diploma of a Teacher of Philosophy with Honors. In 1990-1993 she studied at PhD program in Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology of the Tbilisi State University; In 1993-1996 she studied at the Faculty of Economics of the Tbilisi State University majoring in Finances and Banking, obtaining Economist’s Diploma with Honors; In 2004-2005 she studied at the College of Business Administration, University of Nebraska, Department of Economics, Lincoln, Nebraska, USA.

Bekar Meladze holds a PhD degree in Informatics from St. Andrew the First Called Georgian University of Patriarchate of Georgia; He is the Head of the Information Technology and Card Products department at Halyk Bank Georgia since 2008; Worked at the Tbilisi State University (2002-2005); Prior to joining Halyk Bank Georgia worked at the Billing Department of JSC MAGTI as a billing system administrator.

Ekaterine Katamadze graduated from the Tbilisi State University in 1994, was awarded the degree of a Bachelor of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science; in 2006-2009 was a PhD student of Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA) and the Caucasus Business School (Tbilisi, Georgia) joint program (Finances); Since 2010 is a PhD student of the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Economics and Business; Since 2009 works for the Council of Business Information Technologies as a member-consultant; in 2010 held the office of the Head of System Analysis and Research Department of the Ministry of Finances of Georgia; Since 2009 is the founder, expert-consultant of the foundation “GeoEduConsulting,”, a partner, consultant of “GEC Developments,”; since 2010 is a lecturer at the International Black Sea University, Faculty of Business Administration; Since 2013 delivers lectures at the Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Natural Sciences.

Merab Abdaladze has been a Professor at New Vision University since 2015.

 

Mr. Abdaladze has almost twenty years of teaching experience in Economic sciences. He holds PhD degree in Economic Sciences; has been an Associate Professor at International Black Sea University and Tbilisi State University.

 

Mr. Abdaladze is an author and co-author of a number of publications, papers, researches and articles.

Ilia Kvitaishvili has been an Associate Professor at New Vision University since 2015. He had been teaching at the American University of Humanities - Tbilisi Campus since 1997. 

 

Ilia Kvitaishvili was a Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Georgia in 2012-2014. He has been an independent agricultural expert/consultant at USAID, EU and World Bank Programs in Georgia as well as a component lead at CNFA Georgia - USAID funded Economic Prosperity Initiative (EPI) Project.

 

Since 2014 he is a Founder/Board Member of Rural and Agricultural Policy and Development Institute.
