I Phase

Please, fill in the Application;

Please, send the filled-in Application together with the copies of the documents, necessary for the acquisition of student’s status to the following e-mail address: admissions@newvision.ge;

Whenever a document is not issued in the English language and/or is not accompanied with an English language transation thereof, it shoud be translated either into the English or French or German language and be notarized;

Please, enter your full name, passport number and desirable programme title into the Subject line of the e-mail;

Within a period of 7 days after receiving the application the NVU will arrange an interview with the applicant via Skype, check the availability of all the necessary admission preconditions and then send a Conditional Offer Letter thereto.
II Phase

After the receipt of the Conditional Offer Letter the applicant should pay the full amount of the tuition fee for the first year of education and specify applicant’s full name and passport number in the Purpose of Transfer line. After receiving the payment the NVU will send the Fee Acknowledgement letter to the applicant;

The applicant should send the Original copy of the Power of Attorney to the NVU (1a Evgeni Mikeladze str., 0159, Tbilisi, Georgia) authorizing the NVU representative to represent the applicant with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia;

The NVU will apply to the National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancement and request the recognition of applicant’s education acquired abroad and granting the right thereto to enroll in the higher educational institution without sitting Unified National Examinations/Unified Master’s Examination;

After the accomplishment of this phase the NVU will issue the enrollment document (granting student’s status) and invitation to Georgia - Unconditional Offer Letter.
III Phase

The third phase implies the accomplishment of the procedures necessary for granting visas. To this end the student is supposed to send the original copies of the documents necessary for granting visas to the mail address of the NVU’s authorized representative.
