New Vision University in Wings For Life World Run

 

New Vision University team participated in Wings for World Run second time which was held in Kakheti again May 8th in 2016.

 

Among New Vision University team students Davit Atabegashvili covered the longest distance 13,96 km, Alexandre Gordeziani 12,5. Among female participants the best was Elene Mamukelashvili.

 

Wings for World Run is the biggest running event in the world which was held in 2004 first time and 35 countries participated. The race is unique because anyone can participate whenever the physical condition. The race has no finishing line and the runners are followed by catcher car.

 

Wings for life is charity non-profit organization which finances spinal cord injury studies.

 

This year unprecedented number of participants were registered, 130 732 – in world and 6000 in Georgia.
