Training on Transfer of Contractual Position

 

On November 14 New Vision University arranged a training for the State Property Management Agency personnel on Transfer of Contractual Position.

 

The training was focused on assignment of rights, substitution of debtor and analysis of the cases related to the transfer of contractual position.
