Training on Security Rights

 

On November 7, the training was arranged for the personnel of the National Agency of State Property on security rights. 

The training was focused on the review of the types of security rights, the use of rights as collateral, priority of security measures, attachment and banning related issues, as well and insurance of the risk of disposal of enterprise assets upon privatization.

The training was held by Dr. Nunu Kvantaliani, the Invited Professor at New Vision University, former judge of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
