Seminar on Corporate Profit Tax
New Vision University invites interested individuals to two-day training dedicated to the new system of Corporate Profit Tax in Georgia.
All key aspects of the new profit tax system of Georgia shall be discussed at the training, including the following: tax-payers, tax base for Georgian and non-Georgian tax-residents and permanent establishments, tax treatment of payments (loans, advance payments, etc.) to individuals and offshore entities.
Seminar will be conducted by Mr. Ruslan Akhalaia, Chief Lawyer at Dechert Georgia LLP, former Deputy Chairman of Georgia Revenue Service, with years of experience in tax law.
Registration:
Registration shall be done through online application, no later than April 30, 2016.
Date and Place: Seminar will take place at New Vision University, on May 6th and 7th.
Participation Fee: 135 GEL
All attendees will get Certificates of Participation.
