Seminar on Corporate Governance

 

On May 20th, 2016, New Vision University, in cooperation with Georgian Institute of Directors (GIOD) - IFC Official Partner will host a Seminar on Coporate Governance.

 

The Seminar will be conducted by Mr. Kakha Kuchava, expert in Corporate Governance, with 15 years of experience in commercial law, General Director of Caucasus Minerals and Head of GIOD.

• An in-depth view of the CG background and world practice, international standards in CG, shareholders right, role of the board and information transparency and disclosure
