Training for the National Agency for State Property Management in Contract Law

 

The regular training in Contract Law has been organized for the Lawyers from the National Agency for State Property Management on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014.

 

The training was focused on contract classification, mixed and atypical (sui generis) contracts stemming from the freedom to shape conditions of contract, breach of obligations, remedies and forfeit.
