Presentation of “Private Law Debates” and “Legal Thinking Club”

 

On December 20, 2014, at 16:00 the the New Vision University School of Law students are invited to the presentation of “Private Law Debates” and “Legal Thinking Club”.

 

The “Private Law Debates” implies a series of debates for the first semester students of the Law School. The debates aim at furtherance of students’ theoretical knowledge and promotion of the development of practical skills of a lawyer.

 

The second part of the event will be dedicated to preparatory meeting, focusing on the application of the methodology of rule interpretation, also on the development of justification and argumentation skills.

 

At this meeting the format of discussion of the topic of the first debate– Disability – and the team participation conditions will be proposed.

 

The “Legal Thinking Club” aims at offering the platform to the students of various law schools for the discussion of topical issues of law, intending the promotion of formation of civil society and legal thinking.

 

The “Legal Thinking Club” enables students to present their opinions to professors and practicing lawyers of the respective field, thus creating forum for result-oriented discussions.
