Presentation of a Book by Nino Kilasonia at New Vision University

 

On June 24, 2016, at 16:00 o’clock, New Vision University (Room 001) hosts a presentation of a book by Nino Kilasonia – The Formal and Informal Procedures of the Public Participation in the Administrative Rulemaking and their Judicial Control.

 

The book deals with the formal and informal procedures related to the public participation in the administrative rulemaking according to the Administrative Procedures Act of the USA and the General Administrative Code of Georgia; electronic administrative rulemaking and judicial control of the various procedures of the public participation in the administrative rulemaking.

 

Nino Kilasonia holds a Ph.D. from the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2016). She earned Master’s degree in Comparative Constitutional Law from the Central European University (2013). She delivers lectures in administrative and constitutional law since 2008. Is the author of the scientific publications.
