Training in International Commercial Law by Patricia Shaughnessy

 

Patricia Shaughnessy, a well-known commercial law specialist, conducted a preparation training for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, at New Vision University. Patricia Shaughnessy is the supervisor of the Master of International Commercial Law Program at Stockholm University, as well as a Board member of the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law (SCCL) and the Chair of the Arbitration Section of the SCCL. She has been appointed as an arbitrator in international commercial disputes and has led numerous projects and carried out assignments related to commercial law. This year, Ms. Shaughnessy attended pre-moot in Beijing where she was the presiding as an arbitrator.
