Open Summer Course on Making Politician:

Lobbying and Decision-Making

 

New Vision University is pleased to announce a call for participants for the Summer Course on "Making Politician: Lobbying and Decision-Making".

 

Who should be interested?

If you are interested in politics and diplomacy and eager to know how politician can be made,

If you wish to get insights from those studying and making European politics,

Then join the Summer Course organized by New Vision University School of Diplomacy and Politics in collaboration with the Brussels International School of Protocol and Diplomacy.

 

The Course suggests an innovative approach to feature the essence of political consultancy, political communication and practice.

 

Summer Course* will consist of the following modules:

  • How Psychology is Applicable to Diplomatic and Business Practices? 

  • Running for office and Managing Campaign

  • Lobbying and Advocacy – New Reality

  • Europarties and Georgian Political Parties

  • EU in Motion: Dynamics of Transformation

Trainers

Along with the leading Georgian experts, international experts are also invited to lecture participants and update them by the latest developments in the field. Participants of the Course will benefit to discuss the thematic questions with the Members of the European Parliament from Brussels, as well as from representatives of top consultancy firms, which consult governments and business corporations on a regular basis.

 

Certificate

In order to obtain a Certificate, all the participants are obliged to detect question and build research which has to be presented in the end of the course. Research process will be supervised by the experts, in case of further necessity of the literature, students will be provided with recent books and articles, from library sources by partner academic institutions based in Brussels.

 

Selection

Applications have to be submitted online (see E-Application form) before June 12, 2015.  Participants will be selected based on applications.

 

Fee for external participants: 240 GEL
