Renewed composition of Legal Aid Clinic!

The Legal Aid Clinic of the New Vision University recruited the new group of the NVU Ph.D. graduate and undergraduate students.

The clinical studies allow for the attainment of adequate learning outcomes at various levels of education. For Ph.D and graduate students this process means the transfer from “learning through doing” principle-based method to “learning through teaching” one.

The graduate students provide legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent their clients with administrative authorities and courts. The foregoing is done in close cooperation with Ph.D. students, who are concurrently doing law practice. Furthermore, they mentor the undergraduate students, for whom this process is oriented on “learning through doing” principle-based method. Registration of a client, attendance of an interview and participation in drafting of written documents is the best way of integration into professional environment for undergraduate students.
