Training in Corporate Law
On November 21 the training in Corporate Law was arranged for the lawyers from the National Agency of State Property Management.
The training was focused on authorities and responsibilities of governing bodies of the entrepreneurial legal entities and application of guaranties, contemplated under the Georgian labour law on directors.
