New Vision University hosted presentation of a book by Nino Kilasonia

 

On June 24th, New Vision University hosted presentation of a book by Nino Kilasonia – The Formal and Informal Procedures of the Public Participation in the Administrative Rulemaking and their Judicial Control.  

 

Author spoke in detail about Georgian and American rulemaking principles and procedures. She paid attention to advantages and disadvantages of these procedures. After it she discussed the formal and informal procedures of the public participation in the administrative rulemaking and their judicial control. At the end of meeting, author declared the recommendations for improving current procedures of the public participation in the administrative rulemaking in Georgian administrative code.
