The New Vision University, in cooperation with the Training Centre of Georgian Bar Association, is pleased to invite the interested persons to Summer Seminar: Interrelationship between Private and Administrative Law, to be held on 27-28 June, 2014.

 

The seminar is intended for bar, practicing lawyers and other interested persons.

 

The seminar will include sessions on topical issues of Private and Administrative Law, discussed will be both theoretical and practical aspects, current challenges and possible solutions.

 

The seminar moderators are:

• David Kereselidze –  Ph.D., Professor, Chairman of New Vision University Academic Board;

• Baadur Kipiani –  Ph.D., New Vision University Associate Professor in Private Law;

• Natia Tskepladze – Judge, Supreme Court of Georgia;

• Sophio Tkemeladze – ADR Expert, New Vision University Assistant Professor in Private Law;

• Irma Gelashvili – Ph.D., New Vision University Associate Professor in Private Law.
